SHIPPING POLICY

At Penelope James, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries:

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping, but will be working towards International Shipping in the future.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays:

Order placed on a Friday after 3pm will be proceeded the following Monday with the exception of, Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays where they will be processed on the first working day. If there are any delays to your order being shipped will be contact you via email to let you know.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 28 days of placing your order for a refund or exchange. We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@shoppenelopejames.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 

Our returns are processed with Royal Mail. You will be sent a QR code to your email address. Once you've received your QR code take it to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), usually located at your local delivery office or a Post Office branch. Simply scan the code, print the label and fix to return your parcel to us.

 

The cost of the label is deducted from your refund once your order is back with us, you should not have to pay anything upfront with Royal Mail, all costs are deducted from your refund.

For your security, we would recommend requesting and keeping hold of all proof of postage receipts, until the return has been fully processed.
